The external hinge of equal angular speeds 1 at failure is subject to replacement. At installation on a power shaft press the CV JOINT the plastic hammer before fixing by its lock ring.
At installation of a lock ring 2 it is necessary to use a new lock ring. Before installation of the CV JOINT the lock ring is established in a flute of a power shaft.
The concave party the washer 4 has to adjoin to a persistent ring.
At installation of a collar 5 it is necessary to use a new collar.
In the presence of attritions and cracks it is necessary to use a new protective cover 6.
The sealing ring of square section 13 is delivered with repair set.
At assembly it is not required to establish a sealing ring 14.
The facet on vents of the holder of rollers 17 has to be directed to a power shaft.
It is impossible to lower the car on wheels at all with the removed by two or one power shafts as it will lead to damage of wheel bearings. If it is necessary to install the car on wheels and to move it with the removed power shafts, instead of a power shaft install the external hinge of a power shaft and tighten a bolt of fastening of the hinge the moment of 50 Nanometers.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. On the car standing on wheels weaken bolts of fastening of external hinges of a power shaft to naves of forward wheels.
| 2. Lift a forward part of the car and fix on supports.
| 3. Remove forward wheels.
|4. Unscrew bolts of fastening of external hinges of power shafts to naves of forward wheels.
|5. Unscrew bolts (1), (see rice. An arm arrangement for fastening of a wire of the ABS sensor (shooter)), the fixing internal hinges of power shafts to driving flanges of the transmission. Take from an arm on a brake support an ABS sensor wire.
|6. Unscrew a nut (1), take a bolt and, having pulled up, take the top cross levers (2) from a rotary fist, see rice. Elements of the top fastening of a rotary fist.
Do not expand grooves in a rotary fist at extraction of the top cross levers. It is forbidden to unscrew bolts of fastening of steering thirst for a rotary fist, otherwise it will be necessary to adjust the angles of installation of forward wheels (3 and 4), see rice. |7. Reject the top part of a rotary fist (shooter), see rice aside. Elements of the top fastening of a rotary fist.
|8. Remove a power shaft.
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Install a power shaft on the car and connect it to a driving flange of the transmission and a nave.
At installation of a power shaft with the trekhplechy hinge do not move the hinge back. Before installation, using an adhesive tape, fix the hinge on driving to a shaft. Before screwing up of a flange of a power shaft remove an adhesive tape.
| 2. Screw in bolts of fastening of a power shaft to a nave, tightening at this stage bolts by hand.
| 3. Install the top cross levers against the stop in a rotary fist and fix them by a bolt and a nut, having tightened their moment 40 Nanometers (2), see rice. An opening arrangement in a spring nest.
|4. Screw in and tighten the required moment bolts of fastening (M8, M10) of the hinge of equal angular speeds of a power shaft to a driving flange of the transmission, see the table the tightening Moments.
|5. Fix an ABS sensor wire on a brake support arm.
|6. Apply a thin film of lubricant on a fillet of the nave aligning a wheel disk. Establish a wheel and fix it by bolts. Lower the car and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel the moment of 120 Nanometers.
|7. Screw in and tighten the required moment bolts of fastening (M14, M16) of external hinges of power shafts to naves of forward wheels, see the table the tightening Moments.
You make tightening of bolts of fastening of power shafts to naves of forward wheels only on the car standing on wheels.
