PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Fix a depreciation rack of a forward suspension bracket in a vice with soft sponges and, using special приспособ a leniye, squeeze a spring so that it departed from the top part of a rack, see rice. Device for compression of a spring of a depreciation rack.

2. Record a key a shock-absorber rod from a provorachivaniye and, using the second cap key, unscrew the central nut of fastening of a rod of the shock-absorber.
3. Remove the bearing, a washer and the top plate of a spring from a shock-absorber rod.
4. Remove a spring together with the device for compression of a spring.
5. Remove the protection cover (1) and a support of a spring (2). Using the plastic hammer, up bring down the lower plate of a spring (3).

Installation

At installation it is necessary to use on one axis of the car of a spring with identical technical characteristics (with identical color marking).


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check the shock-absorber for signs of leak of depreciation liquid. Check on all length a shock-absorber rod for lack of pointed corrosion. Check the shock-absorber case for lack of mechanical damages. Install the shock-absorber in vertical position and check its work, moving a shock-absorber rod at full capacity. Also check operation of the shock-absorber, moving a shock-absorber rod up and down on distance of 50-100 mm. In all cases the rod of the shock-absorber has to move smoothly with a notable resistance. If the rod of the shock-absorber moves with breakthroughs or there are mechanical damages, the shock-absorber is subject to replacement.
2. Fix the shock-absorber in a vice with soft sponges.
3. Install the lower plate of a spring on the shock-absorber, at the same time an opening in a plate of a spring has to be perpendicular to an opening in a fork of the lower fastening of the shock-absorber (see rice. The correct provision of an opening (shooter) at installation of the lower plate of a spring on the shock-absorber). The opening deviation in the lower plate of a spring from perpendicular situation has to be no more than ± 2 °.
4. Establish a support a spring and the protection cover.
5. Establish a cylindrical spring so that its lower end correctly settled down in the lower plate of a spring.
6. Install the top plate of a spring so that the axis passing through fixing carving openings settled down at an angle 11 ° in relation to an axis of the lower fastening of depreciation of this rack (see rice. 9. Check that the top round of a spring correctly settled down on the top plate of a spring.
