Prevention

At installation it is necessary to use new самоконтрящиеся nuts 2, 4, 12, 22, 23, 25, 27, 33, 34.

From the lower party гайек 25, 27, 34 there are special notches and at installation it is necessary to use a nut with the same notches.

At installation it is desirable to use new bolts 7, 17, 19, 28, 30, 35.

When tightening a bolt the 19th car has to stand on wheels.

Moments of tightening of a bolt 19:
  – + to tighten M14 bolt (the turnkey size of 14 mm) of 115 Nanometers on a corner 180 °,
  – + to tighten M16 bolt (the turnkey size of 17 mm) of 190 Nanometers.

Moments of tightening of a bolt 37:
  – bolt of M8 40 Nanometers,
  – bolt of M10 80 Nanometers.

The bolt 40 is used for fastening of wire shaft with the trekhplechy hinge.

The lever 15 can be removed only together with an arm.

If oil follows from a hydraulic support, the support needs to be replaced.

The arrow on an earring 29 indicates a forward part of the car.

It is forbidden to lift the car for the lower forward frame 36.

The clip 42 is established on the lower forward cross lever.


The suspension bracket is the connecting link between a body and wheels. Through them are transferred to force body, influencing wheels. The elements entering suspension brackets soften dynamic loadings, reduce fluctuations of a body, provide good stability and smoothness of the course of the car.

As the bearing element of a forward suspension bracket serves the lower forward cross beam. The power unit fastens to a beam through the corresponding support.

In a forward suspension bracket of the car four independent cross levers are installed. At the same time transfer of vibration decreases by a car body.

Cylindrical springs assembled with established in them the shock-absorber ми represent a depreciation rack. The top part of a depreciation rack fastens to the top arm of a forward suspension bracket, and lower – to the cross lever.

The torque from the transmission to wheels is transferred with use of power shafts with hinges of equal angular speeds.

Each shaft consists of three parts: internal and external hinges of equal angular speeds (CV JOINTS) and central part of a shaft.

The tip of the case of the external hinge is inserted by Shlitseva into a nave of a wheel and fixed by a nut. CV JOINTS are greased with jellied lubricant which is replaced only when dismantling the hinge.


Prevention

It is strictly forbidden to perform welding and leveling works on elements of a forward suspension bracket. Surely you make replacement самоконтрящихся nuts, and also bolts with corrosion traces.
