Prevention

Cases of the transmission can be made both from aluminum, and of magnesian alloy. If the case of the transmission is made of magnesian alloy, about a masloslivny stopper there is an inscription Mg Al 9 Zn 1. If on the car the transmission from magnesian alloy is installed, it is necessary to coordinate all details connected to the transmission including bolts of fastening of the transmission which have to be covered with a special protective layer. If not to coordinate the details connected to a transmission case from magnesian alloy, then the case will be affected by corrosion.


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Check a condition of coupling.
2. Clear a shlitsevy part of a main shaft of the transmission and grease with a thin layer of special lubricant on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide.
Prevention

The layer of lubricant has to be thin and uniform, otherwise during the coupling work excessive lubricant will be rejected on the working surfaces of coupling that can break its work.


3. Put thin cost lubricants on the basis of a molybdenum disulfide on the pusher head interfaced to the coupling switching off lever.
4. Check that the directing plugs for centering of the transmission are installed in the block of cylinders of the engine.
5. Raise the transmission to the engine and install the working cylinder of coupling.
6. Move the transmission to the engine, at the same time the entrance shaft of the transmission has to enter clutch plate grooves. For combination of shlits of an entrance shaft of the transmission with clutch plate vents, perhaps, it is necessary to turn a bent shaft of the engine slightly. At installation of the transmission the entrance shaft should not hang on a clutch plate.
7. Move the transmission forward that the case of coupling was established on the directing plugs of the block of cylinders.
8. Insert the bolts fixing the transmission to the engine and at this stage tighten bolts of fastening of the transmission the moment of 25 Nanometers.
9. Establish a starter.
10. Tighten bolts of fastening of the transmission to the engine the required moment.
11. Connect the grounding tire to the transmission.
12. Screw in and tighten in the sequence 1, 2, 3 bolts of fastening of support of the transmission, see rice. Arrangement and moments of tightening of bolts of fastening of support of the transmission.
13. Remove the device for a transmission raising.
14. Connect power shafts to the transmission.
15. Install protection covers of power shafts and fix them by bolts, having tightened their moment 20 Nanometers.
16. Establish and screw on the transmission draft of management of the moment of 20 Nanometers and draft of switching of the moment of 40 Nanometers.
17. Connect electric sockets of a tachometer and light of a backing to the transmission.
18. Establish a reception exhaust pipe.
19. Install into place a broad tank.
20. Establish an air branch pipe with the measuring instrument of a stream of air and fix it by collars.
21. Connect a weight wire to the accumulator.
22. Check and, if necessary, bring to norm oil level in the transmission.
23. Establish the top casing of the engine.
24. Establish the lower mudguard of the engine.
