GENERAL INFORMATION

The switch of a butterfly valve reports to the block management about the provision of a butterfly valve idling. The control unit slightly opens or covers a butterfly valve through a servomotor and thus supports stable turns of idling.

Sensors of temperature of cooling liquid and temperature of the air coming to the engine due to change of the resistance at change of temperature report to the control unit of the engine the corresponding temperatures.

The system of catching of vapors of fuel consists of the filter with absorbent carbon and the magnetic valve. The filter of absorbent carbon interferes with that harmful vapors of fuel got from the fuel tank into the atmosphere, and the evaporating fuel collects in the container with absorbent carbon. During the operation of the engine of couple of fuel under control of the magnetic valve move in the engine for reburning again.

The sensor of oxygen measures the content of oxygen in a stream of exhaust gases. The control unit on its signal supports the content of harmful emissions in exhaust gases at the lowest level. At cars with the catalyst the composition of exhaust gases is supported at the level providing the best reburning in the catalyst.

The sensor of a detonation serves for detection of the beginning of a detonation in cylinders of the engine and on the basis of this information the control unit of the engine reduces an ignition advancing corner. With malfunctions of ignition the control unit blocks supply of fuel in the corresponding cylinder.

Engine 1,8-I ADR, V6 engine

On these engines the system of air supply in the engine of variable length which depending on the operational modes of the engine changes length of a way of the air coming to cylinders is applied. The rotary gate put in action pneumatic is for this purpose used. On low turns of the engine air arrives on longer way and, using a resonance, there is fuller filling of the engine therefore the torque increases.

V6 engine
