When replacing brake shoes do not unscrew a brake hose 1.

Before a vvinchivaniye of a bolt 6 clear the ridge basis of a head of a bolt.

The spring 9 is established in two openings of a support.

In need of replacement replace both forward brake disks 10. Before removal of a brake disk it is necessary to remove a support.

According to the destination and to the carried-out functions the brake system is divided on working, spare, parking and emergency. The working brake system provides regulation of speed of the car and its stop with necessary efficiency. The spare system serves for a car stop with necessary efficiency at failure of the working brake system. The parking system serves for deduction of the car not movably concerning the road. Generally use it for deduction of the standing car, but it can be applied also as the working brake system, emergency at failure.

On the car the working brake system with the hydraulic drive and diagonal division of contours is used that considerably increases safety of driving of the car. At refusal of one of contours as the spare brake system the second contour providing a car stop with sufficient efficiency is used.

The brake system consists of the main brake cylinder, the vacuum amplifier of brakes and disk brakes on forward and back wheels.

The tank with brake fluid is in a motor compartment over the main brake cylinder and supplies the brake system and coupling brake liquid. The vacuum amplifier of brakes reduces effort on a brake pedal, facilitating thereby driving.

The brake mechanism of a forward wheel disk with a mobile support. He well fits into a wheel, has a small amount of details, including consolidations and small weight. As the thermolysis occurs via one cylinder, brake fluid heats up less.

The emergency brake influences back wheels via the hummock drive.


During the work of brake shoes brake dust which contains asbestos, unhealthy therefore when cleaning brake shoes do not use compressed air is formed and do not inhale dust.

At movement along the damp road it is recommended to press a brake pedal from time to time to remove harmful inclusions from brake disks. Due to centrifugal force water at the movement is dumped from brake disks, however on them there is a thin film from fats, silicones, the remains of rubber, lubricant and dirt which reduce efficiency of braking. At a car stop after the movement in the rain at the end of the movement it is recommended to dry brakes pressing a brake pedal.

After installation of new brake shoes they have to be earned extra. On the first 200 km of a run it is not recommended without need to make the maximum braking.

Corroded brake disks cause vibration effect which does not disappear at long braking when braking. In this case brake disks are subject to replacement.

The brake fluid used in hydraulic system of brakes is poisonous therefore at its hit on skin it is necessary to wash out immediately this place a plentiful amount of water. If liquid on imprudence got into eyes or in an organism, it is necessary to see a doctor immediately. Some liquids have property to ignite easily and can light up even from contact with hot knots of the car. Besides, brake fluid dissolves paint and plastic therefore at hit of liquid on a paint and varnish covering of the car, wash out it a plentiful amount of water. Also this liquid is hygroscopic, that is absorbs moisture from air and therefore the liquid which is stored a long time in open ware is not recommended to be used.

Brake fluid should not contact with mineral oils. Even a small amount of mineral oil puts brake fluid and the brake system out of action.
